Clarity Human Services is excited to announce another feature update! This feature update further enhances the functionality of Clarity Human Services.
As such, it is important to review this blog in order to understand these changes, as your Clarity Human Services software will have new features for you to enjoy. Each update is explained below.
This update primarily features visual and usability changes. We’re excited about the update to the Assessments Tab and believe it now displays the visual quality you expect of Clarity Human Services. We have also made a few usability changes to improve the workflow in reporting, client intake, and program management and enrollment. As with every update, we want to ensure Clarity Human Services is as attractive and modern as it is user-friendly, continually enhancing your experience with the software.
1. Improved Design of the Assessments Tab When Used with Assessment Processors
The Assessments tab—when used with Assessment Processors—has been improved to match the clean, visual presentation seen throughout the rest of the Clarity Human Services software. Specifically, the display of Details, View Eligibility Determination, and Measures have been updated.
Below is a screenshot of this update. You will also notice that the assessment scores are now color-coded:
- VI-SPDAT scores are shown in coral color.
- VI-F-SPDAT scores are shown in blue color.
- VI-Y-SPDAT scores are shown in violet color.
2. Added Ability for Program to Be Linked to Multiple Sites and Export Sites
In Manage > Programs, you can now link a program to multiple sites. You can also export those sites to CSV/XML.
3. Added Service Item ID Checkbox to HUD XML Report
A Service Item ID checkbox has been added to allow users to exclude this non-standard Clarity Human Services element from HUD report exports.
You can see the new checkbox in the screenshot below.
4. Added New Merge Tool: Move Client Program
This tool is for System Administrators. Many times a System Administrator will get a request from their users that they accidentally enrolled a client into the wrong program. They would then need to delete the entry, and then re-enroll that client.
This update allows the System Administrator to search for a client’s enrolled program and MOVE it to another program. All data stays the same—just the program that they enrolled the client into would change to the new target program.
5. Modified Intake of Date of Birth and Age Calculation
The order of the fields ‘Date of Birth’ and ‘Quality of DOB’ have been switched to improve the logic flow for the end user. Now, if the ‘Quality of DOB’ = ‘Data not collected’, ‘Client refused’, or ‘Client doesn’t know’, the ‘Date of Birth’ field will be hidden.
Additionally, when ‘Quality of DOB’ is either of these three response options, ‘Age: ?’ will appear next to the ‘Quality of DOB’ field.
