The System Setup Dashboard is available to system administrators and displays information about Clarity Human Services configuration settings, license allocations, and user activity. To access the System Setup Dashboard, click the launchpad and navigate to Setup > Dashboard (figure 1).
The Dashboard graph displays the number of users logged in during the last 24 hours. Hovering over the graph will display the exact number of users (figure 2).
User Login Information
Below the Dashboard graph is a list of users currently logged in, including their home agency, access role, and time in the system (figure 3).
Clicking Logout next to the user's name will log the user out of the system.
Clarity Licensing Information
Information about the number and type of licenses, or seats, available in Clarity Human Services is available in the Subscription Details section (figure 4).
Agency Seats reflects the maximum number of agencies that can be created and how many agencies currently exist in the system.
The total number of seats is based on the number of purchased Clarity Human Services user licenses. The number of available seats is based on the number of staff members currently assigned an Access Role associated with that seat type. For example, if 10 staff member accounts are created and assigned an Access Role with a Type of “Admin,” there will be a reduction of 10 Admin Seats on the System Dashboard.
If a user attempts to create a new agency or staff member after the maximum number of seats have been met, a pop-up will appear, prompting the user to choose whether additional licenses should be purchased (figure 5).
