This section provides a high level view of each component of the screens tab.
Active and Inactive Screens
The Screens tab is divided into two sections: Screens and Inactive Screens. The Screens section lists all active screens in your system.
If you scroll down the page, you’ll find the section titled Inactive Screens. This section lists any screen that is saved, but not currently active in your system.
Pre-Configured Standard Screens
Screens that are common to most agencies/programs are pre-configured and located at the top of the Screens section. These pre-made core screens spare System Administrators the time it takes to create such screens themselves. These screens are non-editable, which makes them easy to copy when creating customized screens, also allowing for screen updates to be applied to all systems in a streamlined manner.
Screens Section Overview
The Screens section is divided into several categories that will pertain to your unique system. Screens that can be created include:
- Profile Screens
- Program Enrollment Screens
- Program Status Screens
- Program Exit Screens
- Assessment Screens
- Program Follow-Up Screens
To learn more about each screen that can be created, please refer to the Screens Descriptions page.
You can perform the following actions with each of these screens:
- Edit Existing Screens
- Delete Screens
- View Last Modified
- Copy Screens
Edit Existing Screens
To begin editing an existing screen, simply mouse over the row, and the Edit icon will automatically display to the left of the border. This will open the Screen Editor, where you can begin to edit your screen.
When you mouse over the row, you will also notice a trashcan icon to the left of the Edit option. You can select this icon to delete the selected screen.
View Last Modified
The Last Modified column indicates the date when the last edit was made to the selected screen.
On far right side of the center screen, you will find an icon that looks like two sheets of notebook paper on top of each other signifying a copy of a screen. When selected, this will provide you the option of copying the selected screen. This feature comes in handy when creating new screens as it prevents you from having to build a screen from scratch.
You will also notice an Add Screen link at the top right of the center screen. Selecting this will allow you to start the process of building a new screen.
