This section discusses the Report Queue. This feature allows System Administrators to view all pending, processing, and processed reports, and deleted any pending reports if necessary.
Accessing the Report Queue
The Report Queue is accessed by clicking the Launchpad icon and selecting Setup. Click the Settings tab. In the right sidebar, click Report Queue.
The Report Queue screen is divided into two sections:
- Pending and Processing
- Scheduled and Pending
Pending and Processing
The Pending and Processing section shows any reports that are currently processing or in line to be processed immediately. You can delete any reports that are waiting to be processed by selecting the trashcan icon .
Note: You cannot cancel or delete reports that are currently processing.
This feature is beneficial when staff members mistakenly make multiple processing requests for the same report.
Scheduled and Pending
The Scheduled and Pending section of the screen shows all reports that have been scheduled to run at a future time. You can delete any reports that are waiting to be processed by selecting the trashcan icon .
This section further indicates the user who scheduled the report to be ran, as well as the date the report was submitted to be ran.
The Processed section holds a list of reports that have been processed to completion. You can delete any reports that are waiting to be processed by selecting the trashcan icon .
The user who prompted the report to be ran is displayed as well as the date/time. The Process Time indicates the length of time it took for the report to be ran.
