This section provides an overview of the Report Library, and discusses how to run reports and schedule reports to be sent to the report queue.
The Report Library can be accessed by selecting the Reports icon from the Launchpad icon toward the top right corner of the main screen.
The Report Library screen is divided into several sections according to report type. Selecting the down arrow to the right of the report category will cause that report section to expand.
The report section will expand to show the reports within that category. (Selecting the up arrow will hide the reports.) For more information on a particular report, select the MORE INFO link to the right of the report name (not all reports will have this option).
Upon clicking the MORE INFO link, the screen will expand to include a summary of the purpose of the report. Selecting the LESS INFO link will hide this summary.
Running and Scheduling Reports
In the right sidebar you will notice two sections: Processed Reports and Scheduled Reports.
- The Processed Reports section lists the scheduled reports that have been processed within the last 24 hours.
- The Scheduled Reports section lists reports that have been scheduled.
NOTE: While not every organization using Clarity Human Services will have exactly the same reporting categories, the processes for running and scheduling reports are the same.
When the report category screen is expanded, you will notice the Run and Schedule links to the right of each report.
NOTE: The [HUDX-111] HUD CSV / XML Program Data Export cannot be scheduled due to the fact that it is an export function based on code, not on the reporting system.
The Access Role based reporting feature allows the System Administrator to regulate access to reports by designating which access roles will be allowed to access each report. Learn more about this feature here.
