This section provides an overview of the Services tab in the Manage Section, including how to begin to create and/or modify a Service.
To create and/or edit a Service, go to the Launchpad and select Manage. Click the Services tab. The Services tab allows you to create and edit Services, including adding Service Items and Program Options.
Working with General Services
You have three basic options on the Services tab:
- Add a Service
- Edit a Service
- Delete a Service
Adding A Service
To add a Service, select the Add Service link located on the right at the top of the center screen. This will take you to the Create a New Service Screen where you can begin creating a new Service.

Editing a Service
To edit a Service, mouseover the row containing the given Service and select the Edit link that appears left of the border. This will take you to the Services Detail screen where you can begin editing the service information.
Deleting a Service
To delete a Service, mouseover the row containing the Service Name and select the trash can icon that appears left of the border. This will permanently delete the chosen Service.
Service List Columns
Service Name - The Service Name column is a list of the titles of the Services.
Program - The Programs column indicates how many programs the Service is linked to. To learn more about linking programs with Services, visit Creating Services.
Category - The Category column indicates the category associated with each of the Services. These categories are used for reporting purposes.
Searching for a Service using the Search Feature
When an agency has numerous services, it is helpful to use the Search Feature. You can enter a keyword in the search box and/or search by the categories listed in the dropdown menu to the right of the search box.
