This section discusses how to configure the timeframe for Status Assessment due dates for an existing program. For more information on establishing these timeframes for a new program, please refer to the Creating & Editing Program Templates page.
When the assessment due date nears, an Assessment Due notification appears in the right sidebar of the Program tab in the client record to notify the user that a Status Assessment is due.
The timeframe for which a program assessment needs to be completed (and the resulting Assessment Due notification) can be configured by the System Administrator for any program.
To modify the timeframe for a Status Assessment of an existing program, go to the Launchpad > Setup > Templates tab. Select the Edit link next to the program template title.
This will take you to the Program Templates: Detail screen. You can select a timeframe from the Case Status dropdown menu.
For all program templates, the default will always be Every Year, meaning that a Status Assessment is due annually for any program associated with the given program template.
If necessary, this can be modified on a per-program template basis. For example, if you select Every Month, then a Status Assessment will be due on a monthly basis for all clients enrolled in the programs that are created using that program template.
