This section discusses API Credentials in the context of sharing client information with other agencies and providers.
API Credentials are used for security purposes. API Credentials are auto-generated, and assigned separately to each staff member.
To manage API Credentials, click the Launchpad icon , and select Manage. Click on the Sharing tab, and scroll down to the API Credentials section.
API Credentials can be assigned and modified for any user by selecting their name from the dropdown menu. Usernames available will be restricted to those users associated with the agency you are working with.
Selecting the Enable API checkbox will activate the API Credentials displayed and assigned to the user. Click Save Changes to finalize the configuration.
They can be changed by selecting the Regenerate API Credentials button located to the right of the Save Changes button. Be sure to click Save Changes to finalize the regenerated API credentials.
