This section discusses API Credentials in the context of sharing client information with other agencies and providers.
API Credentials are used for security purposes. API Credentials are auto-generated, and assigned separately to each staff member.
To manage API Credentials, go to Launchpad > Manage > Sharing, and scroll down to the API Credentials.
API Credentials can be assigned and modified for any user by selecting their name from the dropdown menu.
Selecting the Enable API checkbox will activate the API Credentials
They can be changed by selecting the Regenerate API Credentials link located to the right of the Save Changes button.
