This section provides a description of the Agencies Tab, including how to switch between agency systems.
The Agencies tab allows you to create new agencies, edit existing agencies, and switch between agency systems.
To begin working with Agencies, go to the Launchpad > Manage > Agencies.
Once in the Agencies main screen, you will see several options. You can create a new agency, modify an existing agency, and switch to another agency system.
Searching for an Agency
You can search for an agency using the search bar at the top of the screen. Notice that you can narrow your search by selecting an agency status from the dropdown menu. When searching for an agency, System Administrators within systems with multiple CoCs can further target their search using the CoC sort criteria.
Creating a New Agency
To create a new agency, select the Create New Agency link.
This will bring you to the Create a New Agency screen.
Here you can enter the agency’s name and address, select state/county, enter zip code and geocode and associated Continuum of Care from the dropdown menus.
Finally, designate the Status of the agency by selecting Active or Inactive from the dropdown menu.
An Active agency is one that is currently providing services. An Inactive agency is one that is not currently providing services. The Inactive option allows you to store the agency information in the system should the agency become Active again.
Lastly, select whether to enable or disable all client forms with the Enable All Client Forms checkbox. To find more about Client Forms, please go to Working with Client Forms page.
Once you have completed all fields, select Add record.
Modifying an Existing Agency
To modify an existing agency, go to Manage > Agencies. Hover over the agency and select the Edit icon that appears to the left.
Once in the Agency Overview screen, you will find the same fields as those mentioned above. But notice you can also select a Navigation Profile and Default Profile from the dropdown menus.

Select Save Changes to save the new agency information.
As a System Administrator, you may need to switch between agency systems. To do this, navigate to Manage > Agencies. Then simply select the Switch link located to the right of the agency title.
This will automatically switch you to the selected agency’s system.
