Report Purpose & Summary
This agency-based report provides information regarding staff member activity for the selected access role. Active, inactive, and/or locked staff can be included in the report.
The following parameters are available to obtain targeted details in the [USRS-102] Access Role User List:
|Choose an agency||Select one or all agencies.|
|Choose an access role||Select the access role you want to review.|
|Choose a status||Allows the user to select Active, Inactive, or Locked user statuses. The default selection for this field is Active.|
The data for this report is generated from access role information configured in Manage > Staff. The information located at the top of the report will reflect the parameters selected in the Preview tab.
The User Status indicates whether the report is generating data on active, inactive, and/or locked staff members. The User Group field indicates the targeted access role selected in the Parameter Options.
The first column displays the Clarity Username. The second and third columns display the user's First and Last name. The Agency column displays the agency name the user is associated with.
All information is generated from the Staff tab configured in Manage > Staff.
