Report Purpose & Summary
This is a service-based report that provides the total number amount of clients, including the total number of unique clients, who received selected services during the report data range.
The following parameters are available to obtain targeted details in the [GNRL-104] Service Summary:
|Choose Services||Selecting All will generate information for all services in the dropdown menu. You can also report on and individual service or you can report on multiple services.|
|Choose Start Date||This date will reflect the date from which you would like to start generating data.|
|Choose End Date||This date will reflect the date you would like to stop generating data|
|Choose Report Format||You can select Web Page, PDF, or Excel. A Web Page is a functional format that allows you to drill down on data elements to inspect the underlying data supporting it. The PDF is a good option for official reports, grants, etc. If you download the excel file you can can use excel to manipulate the data (e.g. Sort/Check for duplicates, etc.)|
The information in this report is pulled from service placements. To begin, this report will provide the following information:
- Service Title
- Unique Client Count
This is the name of the service. This will coincide with the service(s) selected as parameters on the report Preview Screen
Unique Client Count
This is the unduplicated number of clients who received that particular service.
This the total number of service transactions for the given service, regardless of client. This amount should be greater than or equal to the amount of unique clients as one client may have several instances of the service transaction.
For example, in the screenshot below, the unique client count is 6 but the total is 15. This means that of the 6 unique clients, one of more of them received this service more than once.
Drilldown functionality is available for this report. To drill down, select a service name. The drilldown functionality will then provide the following information:
- Unique Identifier
- Client Name
- Service Date Range
- Total Expenses
Client Name & Unique Identifier
These are the same as those mentioned above; they come from the client profile screen in the client record.
Service Date Range & Service Expense
This information pulls from the service placement screen.
This information can also be viewed from the History tab. Simply select the Edit link that appears to the left of the service to view the information:
