This is a program-based report that provides information on program participation duration for active and inactive clients, while also reporting data quality scores for the chosen program.
The following parameters are available to obtain targeted details in the [DQXX-102] Program Data Review Report:
|Select a Program||Choose the program for your report|
|Select a Status||You can choose Active clients or Exited clients from within 3 months to 2 years. You can also select all clients who were exited from the program.|
|Select Report Format||You can select Web Page, PDF, or Excel. A Web Page is a functional format that allows you to drill down on data elements to inspect the underlying data supporting it. The PDF is a good option for official reports, grants, etc. If you download the excel file you can can use excel to manipulate the data (e.g. Sort/Check for duplicates, etc.)|
Information for this report pulls from the Program Enrollment screen and the Program End screen.
For example, the screenshot below shows client Robert Redford as currently enrolled in the Permanent Supportive Housing Program (as indicated by the absence of an Exit Date). He was enrolled on 12/9/2013, and has been active in the program for 117 days.
By using his Unique Identifier, you can pull up his client record, go to the Programs tab, select the Permanent Supportive Housing Program to view/modify this information.
Note that the screenshot shows 118 Days Active. This differs from the 117 Days Active Listed in the Report because the Clarity system operates in real time, and the 118 days includes the current day. The report only counts full days.
If you select Exited clients from the Status parameter when running the report, then you can view the Program End tab in the Program section of the client record to make any changes.
In the example below, Robert Redford was exited on 1/7/2014. This is reflected in the report…
… and in his client record:
NOTE: Data Quality will always be 100% due to the fact that the Clarity system will not allow the user to save a screen with missing or incomplete data.
Drill down functionality is not necessary for this report.
