Report Purpose & Summary
This administrator report provides client cash and non-cash benefits present at time of exit from mainstream programs. It also reports housing outcomes for Transitional Housing and Permanent Housing programs for an entire CoC.
The following parameters are available to obtain targeted details in the [OUTS-200-AD] CoC Program Outcomes report.
|Continuum of Care||Select the Continuum of Care that you want to run the report for.|
|Agency Status||Select the status of the agency(ies) you would like to see in the report. This determines the agencies displayed in the Agency(ies) parameter.|
|Agency(ies)||Select the Agency that you want to run the report for.|
|Program Status||Select the status of the program(s) you would like to see in the report. This determines the agencies displayed in the Program(s) parameter.|
|Program(s)||This allows the report to be run for one or more programs|
|Reporting Start Date||This date will reflect the date from which you would like to start generating data.|
|Reporting End Date||This date will reflect the date you would like to stop generating data|
|Choose Report Format||You can select Web Page, PDF, or Excel. A Web Page is a functional format that allows you to drill down on data elements to inspect the underlying data supporting it. The PDF is a good option for official reports, grants, etc. If you download the excel file you can can use excel to manipulate the data (e.g. Sort/Check for duplicates, etc.)|
The CoC Programs Outcomes Report contains two tables:
- TABLE A: Mainstream Programs at Exit
- TABLE B: Housing Outcomes
TABLE A: Mainstream Programs at Exit
The Mainstream Programs at Exit table first indicates the total number of adults who have exited the program during the reporting date Selected. In the example below, 5 adults have exited the Program.
These 5 adults exiting the program are counted for individual cash and non-cash benefit types listed.
TABLE B: Housing Outcomes
The Housing Outcomes table displays the status of enrollment for clients participating in housing specific programs.
Drilldown functionality is available when clicking the count for a specific Cash Benefit, Non-cash Benefit, or Housing Outcome.
The data elements included in the Drilldown display are taken from the Client Profile page and include:
- Unique Identifier
- Client Name
- Date of Birth
