Report Purpose & Summary
This is a service-based report that lists the number of individual clients and families in a service by zip code. For the same report designed for programs, use [JRSD-104] Zip Code Jurisdictional Breakout.
The following parameters are available to obtain targeted details in the [JRSD-103] Zip Code Jurisdictional Breakout:
|Choose a Service||Select the service(s) you want in the report.|
|Choose Start Date||This date will reflect the date from which you would like to start generating data.|
|Choose End Date||This date will reflect the date you would like to stop generating data|
|Choose Report Format||You can select Web Page, PDF, or Excel. A Web Page is a functional format that allows you to drill down on data elements to inspect the underlying data supporting it. The PDF is a good option for official reports, grants, etc. If you download the excel file you can can use excel to manipulate the data (e.g. Sort/Check for duplicates, etc.)|

The report shows the number of individual clients and families who reside in certain zip codes for the selected service(s). In the screenshot below, the service item Case Management (in the Bitfocus System agency) has clients from two zipcodes: 80202 (Denver, CO) and 89101 (Las Vegas, NV). It also indicates the city and state associated with each zip code.
Drilldowns will yield a list of all clients who are associated with that zip code. To drill down, you can select the Client Number to generate a client list. The screenshot below shows the client list for those residing in Denver, CO (80202) who received the Case Management service:
Drilldowns for families will yield a list of all clients separated by families who are associated with the zip code.
