Report Purpose & Summary
This is a service-based report that provides location and contact information for clients placed in specified service(s) during a specified reporting period.
The following parameters are available to obtain targeted details in the [GNRL-112] Client Address / Location Report:
|Choose services||Select the desired service(s). There is also the option to select All – this will generate a report listing all services.|
|Housing Status at Entry||Selecting All will generate information for any of the options in the dropdown menu. You can also filter the report information by choosing one or several options.|
|Veteran status||Selecting All will generate information for any of the options in the dropdown menu. You can also filter the report information by choosing one or several options.|
|Start Date||This date will reflect the date from which you would like to start generating data.|
|End Date||This date will reflect the date you would like to stop generating data.|
|Report Format||You can select Web Page, PDF, or Excel. A Web Page is a functional format that allows you to drill down on data elements to inspect the underlying data supporting it. The PDF is a good option for official reports, grants, etc. If you download the excel file you can can
use excel to manipulate the data (e.g. Sort/Check for duplicates, etc.)
This report provides the following client location and contact information:
- Client unique identifier
- Client name
- Client telephone number
- Address type
- Most recent address
Client Name & Unique Identifier
This information originates from the client profile screen.
Client Telephone Number & Most Recent Address
These data elements originate from information entered into the Client Location screen of the Location tab of the client record. It will only include the most recent address entered for each client.
Note: The Service Type(s) selected will appear at the bottom of the report.
Address Types are displayed in the Type column in the report results as numerical values 1 - 16.
Drilldown Functionality is not necessary for this report.
