Report Purpose & Summary
This is a service-based report that provides a list of clients who received specific services on specific dates during a chosen reporting timeframe. Drilldown functionality generates all client names for those who received each service, as well a data quality score, and the staff member responsible for entering the information.
The following parameters are available to obtain targeted details in the [GNRL-103] Service Census
|Choose a Service||You can select all services, several services, or a single service for the report. If choosing more than one service hold down the control key and select each individual service you want included in the report.|
|Choose Veterans Status||Select All to include all instances of Veterans status, or use the drop down to select the other options.|
|Choose Start Date||This date will reflect the date from which you would like to start generating data.|
|Choose End Date||This date will reflect the date you would like to stop generating data|
|Choose Report Format||You can select Web Page, PDF, or Excel. A Web Page is a functional format that allows you to drill down on data elements to inspect the underlying data supporting it. The PDF is a good option for official reports, grants, etc. If you download the excel file you can can use excel to manipulate the data (e.g. Sort/Check for duplicates, etc.)|
The Service Census report gathers information based on services provided. The information in this report is pulled from service transactions conducted during the reporting period.
Services selected in the report parameters and provided to clients will be grouped by month and displayed in the left side of the report if they have been provided to a client.
Day of Month Service Provided
Each month included in the report is broken down into calendar days. The individual cells indicate the number of clients receiving that particular service for that particular day.
Service Count Table
A counts table is included in the report which provides information on the total number of each selected service provided within the reporting period. The number of unduplicated clients receiving the individual services is also included along with totals.
Services without any Households served
This table displays services selected in the parameter options that were not provided to any Households.
Drilldown functionality is available for this report.
In the screenshot below, you can see that 4 clients received the Personal Care: Hygiene Bag service on 01/07/2017.
To determine which clients received this particular service on this date, you can drill down on the 4, and you will see a list of the 4 clients who received that service on that date.
For example, a household of 4 received the Personal Care: Hygiene Bag service item on 01/07/2017, and the Responsible Staff is Zooey Keeper.
Data Quality Drilldown
Clicking the client name in the initial drilldown screen will provide Data Quality information for that particular client. This information can assist the user in resolving data quality issues and increase the AVG DQ%.
Service Data Verification
This information comes from the service placement transaction.
Should you need to find the source of this information, you can simply pull up a household member's client record, go to the History Tab, select Edit next to the correct Service transaction (Personal Care: Hygiene Bag on 01/07/2017) to view and/or modify view the information. This will also allow you to see the responsible staff member (Zooey Keeper).
Note: The Data Quality score will always be 100%. The Data Quality score is based upon the amount of missing/incomplete information. However, Clarity will not allow the user to save screens with incomplete/missing data; therefore this score will remain at 100% for all clients.
