Report Purpose & Summary
This is an email report that generates unique client counts and data quality percentages for all agencies (active and inactive) in the selected CoC.
The following parameters are available to obtain targeted details in the [DQXX-105] Monthly Agency Utilization Report:
|Select a Continuum of Care||Select the targeted CoC.|
|Choose Start Date||This date will reflect the date from which you would like to start generating data.|
|Choose End Date||This date will reflect the date you would like to stop generating data|
|Choose Report Format||You can select Web Page, PDF, or Excel. A Web Page is a functional format that allows you to drill down on data elements to inspect the underlying data supporting it. The PDF is a good option for official reports, grants, etc. If you download the excel file you can can use excel to manipulate the data (e.g. Sort/Check for duplicates, etc.)|
This report offers two pieces of information for each agency in the CoC:
- Unique Client Count
- Data Quality Score
Unique Client Count
The Unique Client Count is the unduplicated total of clients served in each agency during the report dates. Only those clients with at least one service placement or at least a program enrollment during this time are included in this total.
Therefore, this total is generated from program enrollment pages and service placements in the client record. Note however, that this report will only count a client one time even if they have numerous program enrollments and/or service placements during the report dates.
Data Quality Percentage
Data Quality score comes from the profile profile pages of the clients included in the unduplicated total. Data Quality score is based upon the amount of incomplete data fields in a client record.
Inactive Client Data
The above Unique Client and Data Quality Percentage information is listed in a separate table for Inactive Agencies associated with the CoC selected in the report Parameter Options.
Drilldown functionality is not necessary for this report
