We are pleased to announce the early release of the updated PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) Annual Report in BETA mode to all users of the Clarity Human Services software.
Our team has developed the PATH APR based on specifications provided to us by HUD, and in alignment with requirements for reporting from HMIS as stated by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
What is BETA mode?
Newly developed reports within Clarity Human Services are first put through a vigorous peer review among our development team. From there, the report is assigned to Final Review by a team of seasoned professionals here at Bitfocus, who proceed with testing the report logic against both controlled and live data.
Prior to the final release of any new report, it's set to BETA mode. During this phase, our team continues to fine-tune the accuracy of the report against any uncommon data entry issues.
What does this mean for you?
In BETA mode, the report is also made available to system administrators to provide an early review of the report and to assist in the identification of unique data entry issues that may cause a fault in the numbers represented.
We strongly recommend that all system administrators review the new report for any PATH-funded projects within the CoC and familiarize themselves with the new logic. The 2017 report is titled "[HUDX-224] PATH Annual Report " and is located under the HUD Reports section of the Clarity Human Services report library.
To assist with your review, please make use of the following resources:
The report will remain in BETA mode until its final release on March 31, at which point it will officially replace all older, unsupported versions of the PATH APR.
As always, please contact our team if you have any issues or questions. Thank you!
