Ability to Delete a Client Profile Picture
Currently, if a user uploads a bad picture, or a user uploads the picture to the wrong client file, the only way to remove the picture is by taking a replacement picture of a black/blank screen. This enhancement now allows users to delete a client picture and then replace it with a new picture.
Forced ROI on Attendance
This new feature is intend to allow agencies to set up the Release of Information (ROI) as a requirement for client attendance. Once this feature is turned on via the Manage Service section, the system won't allow a client to be checked in via the attendance tool until an ROI has been uploaded or electronically signed.
The screenshot below shows where, under the Manage Service section, a user would select the field [Require Release of Information].
The screenshot below shows a client status prior to signing the ROI.

Send Users Reminders of Items in Queue
This is an addition to the Referral setup options to enable a daily or weekly email reminder to users when a referral has been pending for a defined number of days. This update will allow program and/or agency contacts to receive a notification when a pending referral passes a certain age.
Referrals: Ability to Edit Outcome
For referrals that are removed from the Community Queue, either manually or automatically due to expiration, this feature will allow the [Reason for Removal] and [Removal Date] fields to be edited from the historical record in the client file by users with referral access.
Referrals and Caseload: Case Manager Assignment
This feature will allow the designation of a case manager to any referral received by an agency. Once the referral is received and is pending, editing the referral will allow for the selection of a case manager on a dropdown populated with all active staff accounts within the organization.
New Case Manager tab:
Referrals: New Expired Status
We have added a new "Expired" status option for referrals that are expired from the Community Queue due to inactivity. These referrals will still be displayed on the Denied tab of the Referral interface, but the status will be shown as Expired. This new status will be reflected both on the referral status and in the historical record section of the referral.
Referrals: Sorting Ability
This feature will allow the ability to sort/filter client referrals listed on the Pending, Denied, and Completed tabs of the referral interface. Users can now sort referrals by the following criteria:
- Program Name
- Client Name
- Date of Referral
- Referring Agency
Lock Editing Rights for Services
As a program manager, there may be a time when you want the ability to prevent others from editing financial assistance services, such as when you have approved a service by entering an approval date.
Users with the proper editing rights will now be able to lock a service. Under Access Roles, we have created a new [Edit Agency Services Authorization Lock] role for locking the desired services. Once a service is locked, the service can't be edited by any user except those with the proper editing rights.
1) Edit Agency Services Authorization Lock
2) From the History Tab / Edit Service: Authorization Lock
3) Authorization Lock Selected and Date Field
Separate Data Import Tool Access Roles Between Mapping and Running Import
This update is for system administrators with access to the Data Import Tool module. System administrators with this module can now set up different access roles to allow their users either "Import Only" or "Import & Data Mapping" roles.
Data Import Tool: Limit Validation Errors Returned
This feature will allow users to select the number of errors returned when importing a large XML file. This range can be set from 100–300 errors. Once this limit is reached, the XML import process will stop.
Data Analysis Library: Agency Management of Looker Reports
This update is for Looker users only. The new Data Analysis tab under Manage will now allow an agency manager for that agency to enable/disable their Looker reports.
Annual Assessment Due Date Correction
This update changes the annual assessment due date reminder from using the anniversary of the last assessment to using the anniversary of the project start date, as is compliant with HUD: “The annual assessment must be recorded no more than 30 days before or after the anniversary of the client’s Project Entry Date, regardless of the date of the most recent ‘update’ or ‘annual assessment’, if any [annually].”
Assessment Processor Engine: Refinements
This is a minor update to the Assessment Processors user interface. When selecting a demographics-based condition, users can now only select from the dropdown instead of using a free-text field.
Assessment Processor Engine: Multi-Assessment Processing
While still under development, this beta release is intended to allow multiple assessments to be processed on a single intake, minimizing the number of screens a user would need to work under.
Setup/Settings Update of Menu Items
To reduce the clutter on the Setup tab, the following items have been moved to the Advanced Options tab.
- Assessment Processors
- Data Analysis
- Report Library
