At times it may be necessary to switch the agency you are entering data for to ensure data accuracy and have access to the appropriate records for program enrollment and/or providing services.
Your System Administrator determines additional agency access available to you.
Agency options are available from the dropdown menu in your Staff Profile. When a new agency is selected, regardless of where you are within Clarity Human Services, you will be navigated to the Search tab.
The agency you have switched to will be displayed in the banner as well as your Staff Profile.
Result of Switching Agencies
Each agency has its own unique collection of programs and services. In switching agencies, you will have access to those programs and services. Switching agencies also alters the features available and display options within Clarity Human Services, as dictated by the configuration options of that agency.
