The act of "switching agencies" entails accessing Clarity Human Services based on the settings of a particular agency. You may need to switch agencies to enter client data on behalf of another agency or to manage agency configuration. Each agency has its own unique configuration, including specific programs and services. In switching agencies, you'll access the system based on those configurations (as well as your assigned access role).
The agencies available to switch into display in a dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner (figure 1). When a new agency is selected, regardless of where you are within Clarity Human Services, you'll be navigated to the Search tab.
The agency you have switched into will display at the top of the page.
