This article covers the installation process for PKI certificates using common browsers.
A PKI certificate is packaged as a .p12 file, and must be installed in the browser before it can be used to access Clarity Human Services. When a Clarity installation has implemented PKI, the user will receive an email containing the .p12 certificate file. Download the file from the email and save to to a location on your workstation that's easily found.
The steps outlined below are for installing the PKI certificate on a Mac workstation. The steps to install on a Windows workstation are very similar.
