We love to hear from our customers. Our Learning and Development Team is in the process of reviewing and updating our Help Center content to ensure our resources are accurate, complete, and easy to understand. Clarity Human Services users can play a crucial role in this process. We invite you to contribute your feedback. If you see something you feel needs updating, or have an idea for a new resource, you can now submit that feedback directly from the Help Center.
To submit Help Center feedback, first, sign into the Help Center (if you do not yet have an account, click the "Sign Up" link after clicking "Sign In").
Click on "Submit a Request".
From the options, select "Help Center Update Suggestion".
You'll be navigated to the request form.
Others can be CC'd to the request, if desired. This will allow them to receive update notifications about and contribute additional information to the resulting ticket.
As you complete the Subject, suggested article titles will be displayed, in an attempt to help you self-resolve your issue.
Important: Please provide as much detail as possible about the request in the 'Description' field. This includes any specific aspects of the software's functionality that you feel are not represented in the article.
In the event of an update request for a pre-existing resource, the URL of the existing article should be provided.
If applicable, attachments can be included. A screenshot or video capture of the software feature for which documentation is being requested may assist the Learning and Development Team to better understanding your request.
Once complete, click "Submit".
Once the request is submitted, you can see the status of the request (as well as any previous requests) in the "My Activities" section of the Help Center. You'll also receive an email notification. When the request is updated, you will receive notification via email.
