When configuring an Access Role, System Administrators will be prompted to select a Role Type (figure 1).
The Role Type options correspond with the Seat Types on the System Dashboard.
When selecting a Role Type, the corresponding Access Rights options will refresh (figure 2).
Each Seat Type, or Role Type, includes access to specific features of Clarity Human Services. For example, a Staff Member with an Enterprise Role Type is not able to manage Agencies. Consequently, when “Enterprise” is the Role Type, Manage Agency will not be an available Access Right.
The Role Type that corresponds with the Access Role that in a Staff Member’s information will determine which Seat Type is allocated to that Staff Member. For example, if 10 Staff Members are created with an Access Role Type of “System Administrator” and that Access Role has a Role Type of “Admin,” there will be a reduction of 10 Admin Seats on the System Dashboard.
