System Administrators should configure Service Items for the new Services Provided and Financial Assistance response options within all Agencies that have active Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing SSVF-funded Programs as soon as possible beginning October 1.
A Looker report can be created to identify active SSVF-funded Programs.
Note: A Program must have a Status of “Active” and a Funding Source of “VA: Supportive Services for Veteran Families” to show up on the report.
To identify all active Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing SSVF-funded Programs, navigate to Reports from the Launchpad (figure 1).

From Explore, select the Project Descriptor Model (figure 2).

The report should include the following filters and fields (figure 3):

- Programs - Full Name
Filters:
- Program Funding Sources - Funding Source is equal to “VA: Supportive Services for Veteran Families”
- Programs - Program Active is “Active”
- Project Type Code - Programs Project Type Code is equal to “Homeless Prevention” OR is equal to “PH - Rapid Re-Housing”
Click Run for results (figure 4).

If utilizing SSVF services for GPD and HCHV funded programs, a Looker query can be run for identifying these programs with the following filters:
- Program Funding Sources - Funding Source is equal to “VA: CRS Contract Residential Services” Or is equal to “VA:Grant Per Diem – Bridge Housing” Or is equal to “VA:Grant Per Diem – Low Demand” Or is equal to “VA:Grant Per Diem – Hospital to Housing” Or is equal to “VA:Grant Per Diem – Clinical Treatment” Or is equal to “VA:Grant Per Diem – Service Intensive Transitional Housing” Or is equal to “VA:Grant Per Diem – Transition in Place” Or is equal to “VA:Grant per Diem – Case Management/Housing Retention” Or is equal to “VA: Community Contract Safe Haven Program”
