System Administrators should configure Service Items for the new Services Provided and Financial Assistance response options within all Agencies that have active SSVF-funded Programs as soon as possible beginning October 1, per HUD guidance in the 2020 HMIS Data Dictionary.
A Looker report can be created to identify active SSVF-funded Programs.
Note: A Program must have a Status of “Active” and a Funding Source of “VA: Supportive Services for Veteran Families” to show up on the report.
To identify all active SSVF-funded Programs, navigate to Reports from the Launchpad (figure 1).
From Explore, select the Project Descriptor Model (figure 2).
The report should include the following filters and fields (figure 3):
- Programs - Full Name
- Program Funding Sources - Funding Source is equal to “VA: Supportive Services for Veteran Families”
- Programs - Program Active is “Active”
Click Run for results (figure 4).
