The Clarity Human Services Help Widget allows users to access Help Center content and connect with our Technical Support team directly within Clarity Human Services.
The Help Widget can be enabled and disabled by system administrators. Click the launchpad and navigate to Setup > Settings and toggle on Enable Technical Support Widget (figure 1).
When enabled, the widget will display in the lower-right hand corner of the screen throughout Clarity Human Services (figure 2).
Note: the Help Widget is not available on training sites.
Click the widget to view suggested Help Center content. The widget will suggest articles relevant to the component of Clarity Human Services you’re accessing (figure 3).
You can also search for additional content using the search function (figure 4).
Clicking a search result will display the article directly in Clarity Human Services. To expand the article in a separate tab, click the pop-out icon (figure 5).
Technical Support through the Help Widget
Users with a primary Role Type of Admin or any staff members in communities where Bitfocus provides system administration can contact support through the widget by clicking the Contact Us button (figure 6).
Our Technical Support staff are available 5am-5pm PT. If a request is submitted outside of that time, an agent will respond to your request as soon as possible during operating hours.
There are three options for contacting support:
Request a Callback
Clicking Request a Callback will display options for providing contact information and information about the request (figure 7), which will generate a request to our Technical Support team.
Once the request is submitted, someone from our Technical Support Team will contact you.
The Live Chat option will connect you directly with a Technical Support team member, where you can discuss your question and, if applicable, upload file attachments (figure 8).
Leave a Message
Clicking Leave a message will create a technical support request ticket. You can attach files to the request, if applicable.
Once submitted, someone from Technical Support will contact you.
