      Release Notes - October 2020

      LSA Status 

      The long anticipated LSA submittal process is set to begin on 10/19. Please refer to LSA FAQ/Troubleshooting for the latest information as well as guidance for preparing for submission.

      Other Report Changes

      The following reports were recently updated.

      • "Single Event" Service Delivery Type - This new Delivery Type has been added to all reports using Delivery Type
      • Assessment Scores - all reports using Assessment Score (including custom reports) were updated to display an empty score if the "Display Score" option for the assessment is turned off
      • [HUDX-230-AD] Shelter Count PIT - this report was refined in the following ways
        • Households without Children are now only counted by individuals, not households
        • Number of adults age 25+ in all families served will now only count adults in households with minor children
        • If two adults are enrolled as a household, but there are no minor children, the adults will be counted as Single Adult Female age 25+ or Single Adult Male age 25+ depending on reported gender
      • [OUTS-108] CE Demographics Report - new report released for use with coordinated entry programs
      • [RFRL-122] CE Community Queue Detail Report - new report released for use with coordinated entry programs
      • [RFRL-103] Referral Statistics - Inbound - new report released for use with coordinated entry programs
      • [RFRL-104] Referral Statistics - Outbound - new report released for use with coordinated entry programs
      • [STFF-104] Staff Client Data Activity Report - Client Contact activity was added to the Data Types
      • [GNRL-106] Program Roster Report - Added a column for Program Level Case Note count
